I finally decided to get a rhinoplasty on the 10th of May after wanting it done for many years. I carefully chose Dr Hamadeh as I loved all of his work. I contacted Elizabeth first who was excellent with helping me arrange a consultation and answer any questions I had! The whole process has been amazing from start to finish! From getting my first consultation to having the surgery (and post op care) everything has been seamless and I can not fault ANYTHING. Dr Hamadeh really listened to what I wanted and gave me the nose ive always wanted, he is the best surgeon ever!! He clearly is an expert at what he does!! He listened carefully to what I wanted at my consultation and made me feel at ease. My nurse Kelly was outstanding and supported me throughout the process! Kelly contacted me reguarly pre op and even after my operation she calls me to check in on me which is lovely! It was amazing having her there by my side on the day of surgery and even walked into theatres with me as I went to sleep. If you are thinking about having a rhinoplasty do not hesitate to go to Dr Hamadeh! I cannot stop smiling and looking in the mirror. You will receive the best care ever thank you so much!

I’ve just had a rhinoplasty with Dr Hamadeh and I am ecstatic with the results! Kelly has been amazing throughout the process, before the surgery I was kept up to date and well informed and after the surgery I have been kept in the loop and checked in with regularly. My nose looks great, just what I wanted and the healing process was made more bearable by the support I had from the team!:) I would highly recommend Dr Hamadeh, I was informed on all side effects and results before making a decision and felt that he was extremely open and honest about the benefits vs. risks!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. After years of wanting to change my nose, my dream finally came true. From my first consultation with Dr Hamadeh, I knew I was making the right decision choosing him. He listened carefully to all the imperfections I wanted to change and guided me throughout the whole process. Furthermore, Elizabeth was only a phone call away, kindly answering any questions I was confused on and was a lovely soul to be around. I was taken care of by Kelly pre and post op. She helped calm my nerves and was supportive and caring throughout the whole process. I couldn’t of have asked for a better nurse, patient advisor and surgeon. Overall my experience was the best with everyone(including the anaesthetists and other nurses) being so compassionate and amazing. I can’t recommend them enough.

I’m currently almost 3 weeks post-op from my rhinoseptoplasty and speaking from my experience so far I couldn’t recommend Dr Hamadeh and his team enough! The support and care I’ve received throughout the entire process from Dr Hamadeh’s nurse Kelly has been incredible, anytime I’ve had a question, concern or needed any reassurance she’s always been there to help me. I’ve really appreciated Kelly throughout my journey so far, especially post-op, her support and kindness has made me feel so at ease and cared for. I’m so happy with how my new nose looks at the moment, it’s such a crazy difference from my nose before, I can’t quite believe Dr Hamadeh has managed to achieve such an amazing result! My breathing has also improved significantly already even though I still have swelling. I really like how realistic Dr Hamadeh is, he goes over the risks and sets expectation throughout the process on what’s possible and what isn’t etc. I’m excited to continue to watch my new nose heal over the next year and see my final result!

I was looking into Rhinoplasty surgery for over 3 years but hadn’t found the right surgeon until I came across Dr. Hamadeh last year! His assistant Elizabeth was very helpful in the first stages providing all information and answering all my questions putting me at ease, not long after a zoom call was set up with Dr. Hamadeh himself. Although I felt nervous, Dr. Hamadeh put me at ease straight away which confirmed I had chosen the right surgeon. After a few more zoom calls and in-person meetings it was surgery day. Nurse Kelly had prepared me for everything prior to surgery day but I cannot thank her enough for everything on the day. Nurse Kelly understood I was nervous so made sure I was supported throughout my stay and we chatted whilst waiting and all the way to theatre which distracted my mind and really helped with my nerves. All the staff at the Burcott Hall were professional, polite and compassionate. Nurse Kelly was outstanding, she went above and beyond for me. Kelly gave me a list of items to get that would help me with my recovery, and ensured I stuck to this - all I can I say is, this was invaluable and helped tremendously with my recovery. I also took Dr. Hamadeh’s advice and changed my diet which I am certain helped with my recovery too. Nurse Kelly phoned me every other day post surgery to see how I was and gave me advice all of which worked perfectly and really helped the process. I can’t thank Nurse Kelly and Dr. Hamadeh enough! Nurse Kelly and Dr. Hamadeh were professional, polite, caring, appropriate, welcoming, empathetic and compassionate. I’ve had outstanding care prior, during and post surgery with them. I would highly recommend Elizabeth, Nurse Kelly and Dr.Hamadeh - follow the instructions given as this helps with recovery massively! A huge thank you to Nurse Kelly, Dr. Hamadeh and Elizabeth! Went for my consultation for a rhinoplasty, went really well and was pleased with how professional Dr Hamadeh was. This was back in December, currently in May after just over 2 months of trying to book in a date for surgery. Constant back and forth being messed about promised calls and emails regarding upcoming dates for surgery and nothing. Also was told mixed information that my medical history had been looked at, then wasn’t, then it was. Sent over all documents that they had requested- promised a phone call every day absolutely nothing. Really dissapointing service given such this is a life changing decision. Nothing wrong with Dr hamadeh issue lies with admin team and how they treat potential patients it’s been laughable.

I choose to have my rhinoplasty surgery after a few years of thinking about it and chose Dr Hamadeh after seeing the amazing results he had given to other patients. From the beginning I felt supported by Dr Hamadeh and Elizabeth throughout the process and felt I could ask any questions I needed to. This was especially a great comfort as I was travelling to have the surgery from Ireland. I am only 2 weeks post- op currently but the support and care from Nurse Kelly has been exceptional both before the surgery keeping me calm, immediately after, removing my packing and splint and also being available whenever I needed her for questions about cleaning, swelling etc. Her kindness and sense of humour around everything has made the recovery process easier to deal with. Even as I have returned home she continues to check in and support me which is amazing, it’s clear she works around the clock. The whole team has made me feel very comfortable directly before my surgery, during and now as I recover.

As long as I can remember I’ve always know that I wanted a rhinoplasty and after a lot of research I made the choice to go with Dr Hamadeh and I’m so so glad I did! From my first phone call with Elizabeth I was put at ease and never felt as if I was under any pressure to make decisions, she was a caring and helpful point of contact. At my consultation Dr Hamadeh was very informative about the procedure and addressed any concerned I had and was reassuring that I would be able to get the results I wanted, he also told me I have a deviated septum that he would be able to fix and improve my breathing. Nurse Kelly has been a massive support and made me feel so comfortable to ask any questions, on the day of surgery it was amazing having her there and really calmed my nerves. Her aftercare has also been great with phone calls to check up on me and it’s lovely knowing that if I have any concerns she’s only a call or text away. I’m currently only 2 weeks post op and I’m already over the moon with how my nose looks! It is exactly what I asked for already and I can’t wait to see how it improves over time when more of the swelling goes down. I couldn’t recommend Dr Hamadeh and his team enough to anyone considering the procedure.
