i booked an initial concultation for botox for which i was seen by Davinia not Dr Lowe though was no doubt charged as if i had seen dr lowe..........Davinia seemed more interested in telling me my skin was awfull and that i needed to buy a £2000 session of IPL.......i only went there for a botox consultation so trying to sell a further more expensive product is called upselling which has been illegal in the UK for some years now........Anyhow i booked an appointment to have my botox and went back the week after......again i never got Dr Lowe but davinia who again tried to punt the IPL onto me during the botox session........botox takes about 5 days to kick in and once it did i had a continual flickery eye lid for the 3 months that botox lasts........having been to another clinic to have a wart removed i was told by the woman there that the flickery eye lid would have been due to not enough botox having been administered so i was getting an intermitent muscle reflex.............concidering i was charged way more than anywhere else that does these things and that i was passed onto Davinia who it seems is a sales person who is on commision for whatever extras she can sell the punters i dont think this is a place that should be trusted to give an impartial opinion on the best treatments.......unless of course its IPL you are after

I've been over an year going to Cranley Clinic for IPL procedures, laser hair removal and botox injections. However they've lost me as a client today! I am so disappointed of their Customer service especially Philip and Linda who are manager level at the clinic. Their attitude over the phone and management to my case was shame as Customer service provided. I've called 2 days in a row to find out why I've received an invoice posted at home for a charge of 400 pounds for not attending my appointment which was dated 19/06/2019 and my NOT attended appointment was on 01/07/2019. So clearly they knew and charged me in advance Usually their clinic sends always SMS and Email reminders prior to the appointments as most of the companies do everywhere nowadays. This time I didn't receive any and didn't remember when it was because I've booked awhile ago. When I've explained the case to Philip he said to me he will check and get someone back to me. No one called me yesterday so I had to call back today again and explain again to a member of their staff because no one knew about it at the first place. As well the admin staff told me that they had technical issues. So again I've been told that someone will get back to me. Linda called me 2 hours later and I had to explain my situation again. She told me that they send SMS and Email reminders as a Courtesy but they are not obliged to do that. And I've told her I am relying on these reminders because I didn't put the appointment in my calender. And she laughed at me and told me that she does put hers. That was super unprofessional! I've told her as well why the dates in the invoice are done prior of the date of the appointment? That means you already knew that I am going to be charged for not attending the appointment. She said that it was mistake from their side. As well that I am circling around again and she will hang up the phone. I've told her that's how you are dealing with customer complains by hanging up the phone. I've said to her you've lost me as a customer today. That was super rude way of dealing with my case. Absolutely disappointed. I've spent over 5 000 pounds for procedures at the clinic. I didn't had any follow up with Dr. Nick Lowe after my last IPL which was supposed to happen. So basically I've seen him once when he done the first time initial check appointment. And on top of that as Customer service from their administrative staff was super unprofessional and poor behaviour. I wouldn't recommend ever their clinic to no one. No one cares about you as a customer. Only they care how to charge you more.

I had the Lowe Glow recently and I was very happy with the treatment. Bushra was the nurse who did the treatment. She was professional, knowledgeable and very polite. The treatment was amazing and I actually had the Glow on my face for more than 2 weeks. My skin was super soft, plumped up and clear too. I will have the treatment and recommend it.

I agree with the review below about the unhelpful and borderline rude receptionist. I was away from the UK and my return flight was cancelled so I called to reschedule my appointment. I was told there was absolutely no way they could do this and I’d lose out on the £150 I paid to secure the appointment. She offered to book me another appointment for another £150- completely insane. Awful customer service. If I do end up able to make my appointment I’m only going because I have already paid for it. There is no way I will be going back after this. Terrible first impression.

I had the unfortunate experience of once working at this clinic many years ago when I was straight out of University in the mid 2000s and despite being officially 'hired' by the office manager Mr Lowe's wife came back from holiday and decided that I wasn't the right fit - considering she didn't know me at all I can only assume this was based on appearance. She then pretended to 're-interview' me before firing me. This experience has always left a bitter taste in my mouth and although I have a great job now, in a completely different field, it was the first and only time I ever felt discriminated against in the work place - I stress that nothing was said overtly but it was something that I sensed.
