Tried to pull me into their clinic today for some sort of treatment for my red nose problem. Lucky I told them firmly that I did not want any treatment in which they tried to force me to have. Lucky I managed to remain firm and I managed to get out. These people should not force shoppers into their clinic for unnecessary treatment or force people into parting money.

Me and the misses both suffer with syatica and after booking in Dr needles we felt real good relief after the 1st session,for the other conditions we have with our back we need 6 sessions each ,that works out far cheaper than paying individually,would 100% this for anyone with back pains etc A*****

Please Avoid at all costs. Me and my Partner went for a massage, specifically for me (Male) i asked for "Chinese Massage "Tuina" from £10" because i have lower back pain, they instead gave me Accupuncture and Cupping (£60 in total) despite not being asked as me and my Partner agreed we didnt want cupping. They left me for 30 mins alone, with needles in my back, too afraid to move and ask where they were. They came back and muttered something and then just stuck a cup on my back and randomly assorted cupping. Not even in the places where it was sore! For my Partner (Female), she asked for Facial Rejuvenation Therapy, but instead, was asked about her Period and then was given Accupuncture and Heat Lamp, totalling out to £110 for it all, despite asking them for different things, which would have amounted to £90 Max. They also tried to upsell his tablets (from Dr Needle, who is proudly displaying his out of date certificate) and then convincing us we needed 4 more sessions and to pay 220 upfront. I have been in absolute agony since then, my back hurts even more and i have been struggling to sleep because of the pain. I would like my money back, but very unlikely they will answer this. Please avoid.
