Dr Patel I have given low star not because of you or other doctors which I appreciate and respect , but for the people who are working in the reception who answering the Phone they’re the worst people , more than 40 minutes I was waiting to book appointment she did not even give me a chance to explain , this is not only one or two times any time I called them same service I have registered from 2019 this is over 4 years they haven’t given me any appointment for me or for my wife and the kids sorry to say that That’s what I saw in last 4 or 5 years

This is the worst surgery I have been to pls sort your reception staff out before I take it any further to the regional directors of NHS I’m not talking about the doctor The reception staff don’t even say HI or hello or see you they just sit there with a grumpy face 😠 the worst staff I have seen they don’t have any manners what so ever how to speak to a new patient or help them if needed (all she did is rolled her eyes and say OMG) Is this the way you speak to the patients ? But your the first people to put up notices on windows don’t abuse don’t shout at the staff but if your staff if not helpful and are being rude who is going to look at that matter am not only the first person to experience this many others have faced the same problem look at their reviews says a lot about them The worst reception I have faced pls have a look at this Mrs Patel and hire new staff ASAP
