This surgery is a joke. The receptionists would rather make an argument with you instead of helping. Its also very slow at sending prescriptions and when you chase up where the prescription is . The receptionist gives you abuse, Stating you got a quick appointment what do you expect.

Unfortunately I had to encounter rudeness and abusive of power from Dr Ukata practising there, which shocked me to have someone like that as a Doctor, which on top of that, made his staff send me a rude letter attacking me about my behaviour when it is their practice which clearly needs training in customer care/service. Imagine being 3rd trimester pregnant and a high risk patient, with no sympathy on their part and attacking patients back with unexpected rude letters which cause you further stress. Hope we had better customer health care in this country.

Registered with a new surgery straight after my 1st appointment at this one. Heard some say this surgery was good, have extended family registered there and maybe I just got unlucky? but would not recommend it at all for anyone with mental health needs. Very rigid, unsympathetic and dismissive doctor, who will only prescribe medication if you have "had it before"....so god help you if you have a new condition and need meds you've never had before.

TERRIBLE RECEPTIONIST. Rules for picking up repeat prescriptions change depending on who answers the phone and then when you query it the receptionist questions how responsible you are of your health then hangs up.

I called yesterday to book an appointment for my son, and they told me was no any doctors there. I called today at8.30 and the receptionist said the doctor will call u back around 10 a clock, I received a call from them around that time and they said me to call again at 1pm to book an appointment . I called again at 1 pm and that told me to go there between 4 to 6 to see the doctor. I went there at 4 a clock, I talked to the lady in reception she asked for my son details , which I given to her and she said take a seat. After 30 minutes was no body waiting there I asked the lady in reception how long will be the waiting...she asked again the name of my son and she said u can't see the doctor as the doctor hasn't call u back...I said I have all the records of calling and why u said to me to be there between 4 and 6..she said I don't know who has called u as they haven't any records...I was shocked and so nervous how they can joke with someone's health...such a bad experience

I called to get blood test results after being checked for blood clots, the receptionist told me no further action required. The Dr called me back later that evening to tell me I had a (dvt) blood clot in my leg and needed to be on medication that same evening. It turned out after a ct scan the next day I also had blood clot on each lung. Receptionist clearly failed and could have put my life in danger, thankfully on this occasion the Dr did his job.
