    The service at this practice is consistently very low. They seem reluctant to give appointments for even very serious and challenging problems. Possibly massively understaffed and underfunded so I am not sure who is to blame but one thing seems clear - the service is very low. I reported very challenging issues and was told I will be gotten back to within 6 weeks. I am not blaming the practice or anyone there, it just feels clear to me they are massively underequipped to help people. I hope this can change and I don't blame the staff there.

    This clinic used to be good, but the quality of care has recently declined, and we are extremely dissatisfied with the service. The receptionists are rude and indifferent to the patients' conditions and needs. Recently, my wife has been chasing the clinic for the results of her blood pressure test and medication for two weeks. Despite numerous follow-up calls, we have not received any response from the clinic. We understand the importance of medical care, especially for patients with chronic conditions, and we feel that our concerns have not been taken seriously. We are frustrated with this lack of professionalism and the apparent disregard for the patients' welfare. We feel that the clinic's staff has become increasingly unhelpful and that they would rather wait for patients to give up and seek private healthcare instead of providing adequate care. We urge the NHS to conduct regular audits on your clinic's services. We suggest that life CCTV with audio be installed to ensure that medical care is provided efficiently and professionally. As taxpayers, we expect to receive quality healthcare services that cater to our needs and welfare. We would appreciate it if appropriate action was taken to rectify the situation immediately.

    We have just moved to the area. I am amazed at how amazing this practice is. The reception staff are kind and polite, the doctor i am seeing is thorough and efficient as well as being supportive. The nurse I saw made what could be an unpleasant experience absolutely fine. No issues getting appointments ! Much better than our previous practice ..thankyou all !

    Rude and incompetent. Lost or destroyed important documents. Many patients wait two or three weeks for repeat prescriptions to be sent to pharmacy. Actively hostile to LGBT+ people. Also it can take up to six months of expensive hour long phone calls that hang up on you to get an appointment. Avoid if you possibly can.

    Absolute disgrace of a practice. I phoned over 150 times this afternoon when they were (supposed to) open again at 2pm but there was no answer and the usual “We are closed please call back later” or “User busy”. It’s impossible to see a GP and the reception staff are incompetent. The only staff I can commend are the nurses and healthcare assistants. Will be changing practices after my experience today. Very concerning.
