Very difficult to get through on the phone and when you finally do get through there never seems to be any appointments and then you’re asked to call back the following day to face the same debacle. The surgery operated much better when it was run by Doctor Gupta. I’ve raised a complaint with the practise manager about the hub clinic. I raised the complaint directly with her face to face and she gave me her assurances she would address the complaint and feed back to me.......,,. Guess what, never ever heard back from her. Not impressed with the surgery at all and will look to move after being a patient there for over 16 years.

Website states it open until 21:00 tonight . Have been phoning all day to get an appointment as I have got an infection in my arm which is know red warm and swollen. Have been told to ring back 4 times today . It’s 18:30 and the phone is saying the surgery is closed. Thanks
