Everytime I call this surgery for an appointment I may aswell forget it. I started calling at 8.30am exactly and was in a queue until 8.49am for them to finally answer and tell me unfortunately there's no appointments left today. I don't know why I bother. I need to find a new surgery I think.

After years of not needing doctor’s help, I had to call in and make an appointment today. Unlike many, I found the receptionist very helpful! And as much as I appreciate that appointment system isn’t at all great, I do advise a bit of kindness and understanding towards Surgery staff.

Receptionists are a nightmare and biased. When you get there 10 minutes early before your appointment you still have to wait 30minutes before you are seen. I was late for about 6 minutes and I was told I couldn't be seen because I was late. I tried to call reception but the phone was non stop busy. Normally they say you can be seen if you are 10 minutes late

This practice still think they are in lockdown.... can't enter the premises to make an appointment, phone up and all 8 appointments for the morning or the 8 appointments for the afternoon are gone. Absolutely atrocious. If there was an option for no stars, then that would be my rating !!! Maybe when someone loses a life because of this practice then maybe they will open up and get back to normal. SHAME ON THEM!!!

Ive been at this surgery nearly a year now and I have to say it’s a really nice surgery. I had to visit the nurse (Lisa) today for bloods she is so lovely. She always makes you feel at ease. Lisa is always very welcoming with her lovely warm smile. The receptionists are always helpful and very kind and helpful and I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment for me or my mum who has dementia. The doctors have always had time to talk to me about any issues I’ve had. I would definitely recommend this practice. Thanks for everything you all do 😊
