I would love to know how the phone queue is set!! I called at exactly 8:30am as soon as it turned 8:30 and my position was 15 ?! Unless some people have priority which is set by their phone numbers I cannot be number 15... I would understand if I was caller number 3 or 4 but definitely not 15...then you have to be one the phone for more than 30 minutes. It's frustrating and it's always the case.

Dr M Goyal is very unprofessional, very judgmental and she enjoys humiliating vulnerable people with mental illness as if they’re choosing to having this illness. She spoken to me very rudely and she’s very dismissive of what you’re saying to her. She doesn’t care to listen what am going through and quick to judge me. She actually gives me anxiety and force me into further depression after just giving birth. She makes me feel ashamed to ask for help so I don’t and suffer in silence. I watch a lot of YouTube videos now from certified mental health professionals who helped me. I know how to manage my mental illness without medications now and I no longer struggling with my mental illness. I watched these video everyday to learn more about my disability and I am doing much better since I stop seeing the Narcissistic embarrassment that needs to lose her license. She has no business with vulnerable people.

After waiting an 1 hour and 10 minutes in the queue a women with the most attitude answered and goes to tell me there are no appointments left even though I called the minute they opened. I asked her why the long wait and she goes “yeah it doesn’t matter” so the foul lady working at approximately 9:40 Friday 14th April 2023 answering calls I hope you know this attitude won’t get you anywhere pick another job because you clearly can’t handle customer service. YOU NEED TO FIX UP ASAP!

Where to start with this GP. Receptionists believe they are gods gifted. And Dr Goyal in her own words doesn't care about reviews. She is clearly motivated by her salary and not by her oath. Do not register with this GP. The quicker it closes the better.

You call your doctor because you are feeling unwell and possibly have an infection, she will actually say what is she meant to do about it? Good thing I have everything on record ;)

Dr Patrick idiong a very rude person as soon as we entered and started telling him abt my 3yrx old daughter that she z falling ill again and again with v high temperature, and been to hospital and surgery before too,we had antibiotics by doctors before so is their any possibility we should have a blood test done for this little angel and he said im the doctor so stop telling me what to do while i told him again that im only requesting you not telling or ordering, my husband try to say something about my daughter's fever and he was not givibg him chance to speak , he wanted to expalin him that its happening since long and how many times we went hospital,and when he checked n my daughter's temp and it was 40.2, he sent us home without medicine and said give her paracetamol and God knows how he agreeed on blood test and said if temperature doesnt go down take her hospital TOMORROW, as soon as i entered home after few seconds i got a call from him to do the blood test (blood culture) which he forgot to write on paper...and go hospital today dont wait for tomorrow! It means in surgery you are unwilling to listen the parents and arguing parents that why they requested for blood test as you are the doctor and only you have right to speak and take action, and as soon as you sent patients home you are ringing them oh i wrote wrong on blood test paper so when you go for blood test tell them verbally you have to do blood culture test ....rather than being nice to the patient and their family you give them more stress to only satisfying yr ego that you are doctor,we know you are doctors thats why we come to you to get help no one deserves rude behaviour especially when they are in need of yr help. There are good doctors in the surgery too Dr goyal,dr isschaq,dr alex dudu are all v good doctors
