This is not a surgery at all ,only for the people that are regular visitors or who do not work , which must be the majority of the patients, receptionists 😂😂😂 only answear the phone to people they know , try and get the working people to go to Alum rock !!if I wanted a surgery down there that’s where I would register .When and if you do get through you are told no appointments left phone back to moz .🤬Don’t suppose any reception jobs going there I may get to see a doc 🤔🤔 very angry and waste of my lunch time !!

This is the one of the worst surgery of its kind. Receptionist they never answer the phone for morning appointments. Got a 5 yr old child with asthema, never pickup the phone always taken him to hospital. Please close this shame of a surgery, waste of public funds and our taxes to pay for these receptionists and doctors. SHAME ON YOU CHURCH LANE SURGERY, YOUR STAFF AND DOCTORS. Do something else because it is shame to call you public servants who are paid from our taxes.

Great surgery if you can get an appointment. Heres a picture of the amount of times I had to call just to get through to someone and when I did I managed to get the very last appointment. Not always the case but persistence is the key.

Absolute disgrace! The receptionists need to be replaced, never answer the phone just sit there and ignore it! I've sat in there before while my partner was calling them, the receptionist just played with her phone ignoring the main line!!! After 100 calls you get through they say call back tomorrow... SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

Every time I go they palm me off with a blood test when I was younger I went for 3-4 blood tests In a week they still didn’t find out what was wrong, I have been trying to get a stomach scan for over 2 years now they said they requested it twice and never and I’m still waiting, I can never get an appointment and when I do they cancel, if I end up finding out there’s a serious problem I’m taking it to court.
