Cannot fault this Doctors surgery, every time I’ve needed an appointment I’ve been able to get one for me or my daughter. The reception team are always really helpful and the doctors that we have seen have been amazing even staying behind after closing hours to call me when I was having some worries as a first time mum…..and not forgetting the lovely nurses! You are all doing a brilliant job especially since Covid, thanks so much

Since Covid-19 pandemic - AWFUL. Prior to Covid you were able to book an in-person appointment when they were released daily at 8am via the booking app. However Covid this function was suspended. Sadly the surgery has now used Covid as a poor excuse to maintain the suspension of being able to book in-person appts for absolutely no legitimate reason at all. You try to call at 8am in the morning but cannot physically ring until around 9am as the phone lines get closed (there is not even an option to wait in a call queue anymore). By the time you eventually get through at 9am, all of the in-person appointments have gone and you’re only offered a ‘telephone call’ which most of the time will not be suitable when someone needs a physical examination of any kind. It’s a terrible service - you’re quicker being seen at A&E.

Impossible to speak to anyone or get an appointment. Call at 3pm and they tell me I can only get an appointment if I call at 8am. Call at 8am and just get a message saying the phone lines are busy and I'm cut off and need to try at 10am. Call after 10am and no appointments. Please review your service.
