I think that Somerset Gardens is a decent surgery. They have 2 receptionist working at a time who are often quite friendly and helpful. My personal favourite is Brenda, as she has been very helpful to me by giving advice when I have asked for it. It is difficult to get through on the phone, but if they are busy with other clients, then the other option is to go down to the surgery if its an emergency. A bonus is that they have a chemist on site

The bad GP surgery. They are not value for you tax money. The attitude of the staff is so bad you feel like you are in a communist country. They are not there to help you . They will give you as much trouble they possibly could give you . Stay away from them .
