Dr Julia Sen and her team are extremely professional and welcoming. Having received a procedure on Friday 10th Feb, to remove cholesterol deposits from both of my eyelids, I was completely at ease. The whole procedure took not less than 15 minutes for something that had taken years to make a decision to have them removed. I would recommend Julia’s practice which is now located in Worcester to anyone. Take a look at further information on Google and make that call. You will not be disappointed.

From the very beginning I was put at ease by the friendly and professional approach and the clinic was exceptional, clinical and modern. I had a skin tag on my eyelid removed and had been putting this off for years due to its sensitive location and my fear of pain, I just wish I’d met Dr Sen years ago to have this procedure done as it was pain free and over in 5 minutes, her team where there right by my side the whole time, with their warm and friendly personalities constantly reassuring me. Today I received a 5* experience from Julia and her team. From start to finish I had fantastic treatment. Sympathetic, extremely professional but very personable too. Confidence and experience, made me feel like I was in extremely good hands which can be a tad nerve wracking when going under the knife. The procedure was explained simply to me so I knew what to expect, carried out with precision and painlessly... I've chopped onions that stung more than my procedure did!!! I was totally impressed today and would recommend Julia to anyone.

Julia removed a basal cell carcinoma in my eye crease with great expertise. The surgery was painless and there was no subsequent pain. Julia's team are friendly and laid-back. We all chatted throughout so that the 40 minutes or so simply flew past and was an enjoyable experience. The biopsy results reported that Julia had succeeded in removing all of it so no further work needed. Well done, everybody.
