I took my son here for a rash. Dr. Chen was thorough, patient, sincere and took his time to ask questions, listen, and go over the parts of the body (even areas not mentioned to rule out). While we don’t have an exact cause of the rash (he did give us a few possibilities), he ruled out many causes for us. I appreciate he was open to possibilities of what it might be, did not get fixated on any one idea, and listened to us until the end. We both felt reassured by his competence and manner. He’s lovely. We were given a prescription, which we collected downstairs and relatively inexpensive as well. Just 2 days later, we have received the letter analysing the visit via email. Impressed!
