I cannot recommend Dr Menagé enough, she dealt with my problem with the utmost care and clear manner. She made me feel at ease throughout the consultation process and procedure. Sarah, her PA is also super fast at replying when she can and patient as I did have to cancel a few times! Together they make a great team and would highly recommend to anyone who has a skin problem/dermatology concerns.

I have seen Dr Menage multiple times now and have always been supremely well looked after both at a clinical and a more general level. Dr Menage is clear and communicative about treatment options and is obviously a very competent clinician. Sarah, Dr Menage's secretary, has always responded quickly and been helpful and informative in organising appointments. Both Sarah and Dr Menage have always been very kind and friendly to me as well. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Had a zoom consultation with Menage in regards to a skin problem. Unfortunately the overall service, from dealing with the receptionist Sarah D (who seriously needs some training on basic mannerism) to the overall recommendation of the doctor in regards to the treatment plan. I will elaborate a bit more below: 1. The online consultation was due to last 30 minutes at a cost of £200. This was in June 2020. Almost half of the time spent during the consultation was spent speaking about the country I am from (transpires her mother lives in the same country as my parents birthplace). Originally thinking the consultation will be extended due to the unexpected and rather intrusive little 'chat' about my background, I was shocked to see her end the consultation after 30 minutes on the dot! That means if you pay for 30minutes, expect to get 15minutes of consultation. My advice to the dr...Your patients are looking for value for money and quality advice. It is a bit pretentious to think patients are taking time off their very busy schedule and pay you money to chitchat with you! 2. She prescribed some medications to apply to the affected areas. Unfortunately they reacted adversely to my skin and made it considerably worse. After 2 weeks, I emailed her (her receptionist) explaining the situation and asked if there is an alternate treatment...Surprise surprise, not even a response. Send a second email, no reply. Cost was not an issue here, and I was willing to pay any additional charge ...No response or even a follow up call to see if everything is working well.....This just shows how much these people couldn't care less about their patients...and more about the money 3. Her receptionist has a serious attitude, which quite frankly is hard to understand...she is far from a doctor or a qualified professional in any shape or form ... My advice...train your staff. When you are charging patients £200+ for half an hour, we expect the upmost professionalism (not saying free service should offer any less of a good service) I decided to give my local GP a try since the COVID restrictions were softened and they resumed consultation. Referred me to an NHS dermatologist, who put me on a treatment plan. After 2 weeks, considerable progress was noticed and skin condition treated within 3 months My advice, avoid these private doctors unless their reputation speaks for themselves. There are so much more talented, caring and respectful doctors working for the NHS...Use them as much as possible
