I went to Dr Fan for upper back pain and pain in hip/knee when running. He took time to understand my problems, examined the areas to find the root cause and then proceeded to crack my back to realign my upper back, as well as acupuncture, cupping & massaging. The entire session was amazing, my back immediately felt so much less tense, and I’m looking forward to seeing the results when running. I’m definitely booking in for a follow up session!

I have been here once myself and twice for my mum. There's no none sense here, they're proper professional health workers. When I went in for the first time, Dr Bu examined me and talked to me for a good ten minutes before we started acupuncture. Pretty much immediately as soon as the session ended I felt rejuvenated and a fog had been lifted. He helped me increase my lung capacity, treated my bad back and addressed my low mood. The team has also treated my mum for various things including a degenerative disorder and arthritis. I can't recommend them highly enough. I am happy to travel all the way from Upminster just to see them when needed.

I agree with other reviews, authentic Chinese medicine experience. Dr Bu is very knowledgeable and professional. The clinic and clean and calm. I visited for acupuncture with not even knowing my issue and suspected a hormonal imbalance and stress. After an initial consultation tongue inspection and pulse read, I was given a the most relaxing 45 min -1 hour acupuncture session, cupping and Chinese massage. I genuinely left feeling like I was floating, and my energy felt lighter. I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time! I went back for several more acupuncture sessions and I can honestly say it worked to balance me to make me feel like the best me again. Reasonably priced and well worth the money. I would highly recommend.

Very good clinic. Dr Bu is a very knowledgeable and passionate professional. I had Bell's palsy about 5 years ago and didn't fully recover. After few acupuncture sessions with Dr Bu, the situation has significantly improved. Highly recommended.
