Would not see my 2 year old who had a temperature of 39oC because they needed her to have a negative covid test. Despite her age. Spent half the day trying to get her seen, ended up going to erith urgent care and was told she had acute tonsillitis and mild scarlet fever.

The worst doctor surgery ever! I was told I had a doctor' phone consultation but no doctor rang. Can't even get an appointment even if you call at 8.am. Staff are always chit chatting with each other constanly. Absolutely terrible!
