Very hard to get an appointment at this surgery. I was 6 in line to be told they had all been allocated by people standing outside. The system needs to change how appointments are allocated. 2 years later and still no better. Stood outside this time and actually managed to get an appointment for my ill 3 year old. Even after explaining she had been suffering with d&v for 5 days and now had no energy we was told its not an emergency and we would have to wait til after 3.30 for a Dr to call. Phoned 111 who sent an ambulance immediately and my child was monitored then admitted. I'd suggest the receptionists go and get some training on what their job actually is and stop making medical decisions when not qualified. However When you go actually get to see or speak to a doctor they are amazing.

Answering the phone is almost a miracle. Since the time of the virus "19", the health service has become lazy! I have complications after the operation, Control by GP was recommended, I also need sick note from work for the next few weeks. This is a joke!

Absolutely awful practice and most definitely does require some kind of investigation as to what's going on here. I've been phoning for 3 days to try to book an appointment and after waiting hrs in a phone queue being told no appointments left. Website says they are looking to take on new patients! How can this happen when exsiting patients are finding it impossible to book appointments?

Can never get through! Ever! And the rare time I do get through I get told "call 111" which 111 aren't happy about. I'm coping with problems that I can't get help for! *UPDATE* it took going to a&e in an ambulance to get an appointment! And even then they were reluctant! And the way I've been treated the last few times I'm shocked and appalled. Being a disabled person and having a doctor say "oh wow" when hearing that I'm 17 stone, hardly helps the anxiety.

Lets be honest most GP practices offer poor services these days and with all the government led covid restrictions its getting worse! This is my mums practice and she can never get through via phone to make an appointment! The line constantly rings out or has you on hold , then the phone cuts out. I've tried several times during lockdown and never get through. This practice should be investigated as to why its virtually impossible to get through on the phone. Due to the way most GPS are operating now, you can't walk in to make an appointment either. Absolutely appalling service!

Used to be an amazing surgery and now you can never get through on the phone lines, when you eventually do there's no appointments and you're told to call 111, receptionists are rude and think they are medically trained to decide who can and can't have appointments. Will be changing my surgery!

I have never had a problem, I've been with this surgery for many years. Yes it takes a while to get through on the phone. But it's very rare that I can't get an appointment especially if it's a real emergency. All the reception staff are very friendly. The doctors I have seen always listen to what I'm saying & never rush me.

Cannot get to speak to a gp after over hour on phone. This happened twice in Sept and Oct last year which resulted me being admitted to hospital in middle of pandemic. Thanks alot. Second time I ended up in icu. Thanks again. Been trying again now for a week every morning 8am. Still no joy. I'm not even going to thank you agen. Appalling. Don't deserve any stars.

Today had to call the prescriptions dept at the surgery about having something prescribed for my elderly aunt, was told it had to be done through the doctor, after finishing the call received a text message saying that it was already prescribed on the 4th march but no one told us this though. For the past week I have been calling the surgery about this they could have sent a message about it being prescribed already but soooooo they didn't. So for the way they handled this subject they would get 1 or 2 stars but today no problem so in all will give 3 stars.

Phone lines are terrible. Constantly phoning in from 8am and still at near enough 9am they are full. I got through once they answered 1 call and then I got cut off. And still trying to get through. Its getting a joke. However brilliant doctors and brilliant care.
