Been trying for a long time for an appointment, can't see anyone and won't work the phone calls or clinician appointments around work. I find the whole thing very frustrating. This was once a practice to be proud of, especially when Dr downing was there. How sad when a doctor can pick and choose what patients of theirs they will or will not see, with every excuse given, not one is valid. It's a shame that I now have to find a new practice after being there for 36 years

it's shocking. how these staff is not professional and being arrogant . the service has been very poor there for almost a year now. I only saw the doctor once for 2 minutes. . I have been suffering from pain for a year. and it only repositions codeine. . that's enough. time to complain to the nhs. such a terrible doctor's office. i will never realize. avoid this GP

Tried 4 times unsuccessfuly in the past 2 weeks to get an appointment, each time being in a queue for over 90 minutes. Have had to take time out of work in order to make these phonecalls without pay and to no avail.

Shocking just Shocking. One Receptionist helpful the rest miserable. Dr Sani will not refer you for anything then when it turns out you did need a hospital is uncaring and rude. Dr Hassan is great though. I mean this is if you ever get through to Receptionist in time for one of the very limited phone appointments. Still not seeing face 2 face yet everyone else is working as normal. Worst place almost feels like they don't want to diagnos you because then they'll have to work or pay for something that my NI covers!

Appalling can't get through to phones ever , waiting times are average 1 hour or more even if your 1 in the queue just to speak to someone at the reception.the doctors never even see patients face to face even though the government has advised doctors to start seeing patients face to face. Every time I have requested to be seen face to face they advise no. The receptionists are not as good as they were before. (With all restrictions removed )unfortunately still cannot be seen they do everything over the telephone. Overall not satisfied they have a lot to improve on.if they start answering phones without the long period of times waiting and doctors start to see patients upfront Ofcourse I will happily rate the surgery back up.
