Disgusting medical centre I would tell people to stay clear if you ever unwell you have more chance with 101 because the chance you will even get a answered call is rare never mind getting put through to a rude receptionist after 3 hours of que waiting to get a appointment that is no longer available if you have a family and are looking to be treated and looked after stay clear from this neglectful surgery

Worse receptionist ever. Been calling for appointments for the last 2 weeks as I cant come in in the morning because I look after my dad who had a stroke so I neither can afford to go to A&E. The staff is really rude even tho I have been nothing but nice. My condition has got worse without me realising and it got to a point where I was 1 minute away from dieing.

On hold right now as I have been the past 2 mornings and as times ticking by I know its unlikely I'll get an appointment I asked the receptionist yesterday what can I do differently im ringing at the stated time on the dot she said just to keep trying, what are you ment to do when you've already ran out of your medication, I've never in my life known a doctors like this its so frustrating doing the school run 3 morning in a row with phone in hand on hold, why they only do on the day bookings Is beyond me, poor excuse for a doctors surgery. Edit: still trying to call them today for the name of my medication apparently they can't take my call...sorry try again later! Unbelievable!!

The receptionists Olga and Elaine are absolutely disgustingly rude and need to be in a different job role away from having to speak to members of the public! They do not care about the patients at all. I was still on hold for 50 minutes when I made my way down in person to find only one patient sat in the waiting room and these two women sat chatting behind reception! When asked to make an appointment in person they refused and told me to call at 8.15 in a very rude manner. I explained I can not get through to make an appointment they just repeated to try calling in morning and to leave the surgery. I have made an official complaint and changed doctors!
