In July 2022 Dr Ali diagnosed a Right Nasal Ala Basel Cell Carcinoma which had started out as a small mole, but had now grown a lot larger and had started to bleed. The NHS waiting time was twelve weeks but Dr Ali saw me in a week at The Spire Regency Hospital in Macclesfield. On 13 August I had the Mohs Micrographical Surgery and a skin graph from my right shoulder to aid the recovery at Discover Laser Clinic at Burnley. A week later Doctor Ali changed the dressing at the Spire Hospital in Manchester. It is now six months later and all I have to show for the surgery are two tiny scars. I would like to thank Doctor Ali and his team for their excellent, kind and considerate care, and wish them all the best in the future
