All I can say is Sarah is one of a kind, she is the sweetest and most generous soul, she wants the best for you. She uses various modalities of healing in her sessions which puts you at a state of relaxation. Her sessions has allowed me to heal traumas and look deeper within myself to heal. Sarah will spend as much time necessary listening to you and is very accommodating which really helps when you have a super busy life. Since my activation with Sarah I’ve really come into my power and more flow. Something I had been struggling with so much this month. The most impactful moment was at the beginning with the “FUDGE” that SH**T. Holding space to really release these emotions and get acquainted with these emotions is one of the kindest things a person can do and Sarah holds a space so sacred. I am also so blessed to meet the amazing sisters involved on a similar journey knowing that the vulnerability we share is flowing alongside the gentle frequencies from Sarah’s sound bath. Sarah is a beautiful soul with a powerful gift. Her unique, intuition-guided practice uses sound, scent, sensation, vibration, movement and song together with energy healing. The experience is transcendent and other-worldly. The healing spaces she has created are divine and I instantly felt at home in her presence. Sarah’s sessions are able to access and heal deep seated (childhood) traumas and repressed emotions in a direct and surprisingly simple way. Where talking can be difficult and painful mentally and physically, her practice allows you to bypass that completely. Not only do you feel a powerful transformation in the session but the act of clearing so much energy means that in the weeks following, many other rigid beliefs, emotions and identities become easier to fall away and heal as well. Things I’ve been struggling to clear for several years were able to be healed after 1 session and in the weeks after. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to work with Sarah. After 3 sessions, I’ve been able to let go of so much emotional baggage, some I’ve been carrying for almost 33 years! I feel radically different and more deeply in tune with my authentic being. Without Sarah’s help it would have taken years to heal alone. If you are struggling with deep trauma or feel blocked in your life, I cannot recommend Sarah more highly enough.
