I have contacted Dr Silber clinic today and his Secretary called Michelle answered the call and she was extremly unprofessional and impatient. Her attitude and manner was far below standard to even treat a dog. This is private clinic and should be much managed in a better manner . When I contact nhs reception they have far better telephone manner and patient. I am sure this is not the first nor will be last if she is carrying with same shocking telephone attitude It’s unfair to Dr Silber as I haven’t met him yet but she is surly damaging his Reputation as people they look on reviews before they contact and no one has time to read the reasons for given bad review.. I am professional myself and Dr Silber been recommended to me by my other medic colleagues so I have no doubt in his clinical profession and knowledge and I’m sure he is lovely person as been recommended as I said but with his Secreter he will be losing a lot of good rate and private patient . I am still looking forward to meet him and surely will leave another feedback as i belive isn’t fair on him

I found that the first obstacle to receiving the best care was Dr Silbers secretary Michelle, there seemed to be very little she would be willing to do above her normal duties, phone calls, emails all seemed to be abrupt and an inconvenience. Very rude and insensitive, working in patient care you would think there would be some sort of empathy towards patients. Appointment availability was also scarce, a 2 week wait for each consult and we would have to wait until that appointment to receive any updates on test results. I would expect this in the NHS not private. By providing the results rather than waiting, when the wait for a positive result would mitigate any worry during the appointment gap. Every appointment was virtual and non-face to face. Dr Silber whilst eliminating some of the scary issues and reassurance around neurological issues such as MS, when still having symptoms that warrant further exploration it leaves me in a slight limbo to where I go. Further reassurance could be provided by diagnosing a condition rather than leaving it down to time. I pushed towards a number of tests that felt that we were dragging him to make a diagnosis. Having made to feel that the condition is of my own cause and in my head. I then explored my own symptoms further, I now have been diagnosed and have the correct support and treatment to work towards my recovery. Dr Silber has a good bedside manner and I am sure he is highly regarded in his speciality but feel if the symptoms don’t fit the normal spectrum of MS or other major issues then the solution may not be forthcoming.

Honestly if I could give a 6 out of 5 I would. This man is a Saint. What an amazing Dr. Very knowledgeable, kind, caring, polite and an amazing Dr. He always explains things clearly in a way that is effective and caring. The best doctor / health practitioner I’ve ever seen. You can trust him and know you are in the BEST hands. I feel lucky to have him as a neurologist.

I had a phone consultation with Dr. Silber because I was concerned about nerve damage in my foot. He referred me to another person for a nerve conduction test. This was a waste of time since it doesn't locate small nerve fibers in the foot. Now it has progressed to the other foot over time.

I am a very happy woman right now. I had gone through a tough time since 2017 with my symptoms. I had seen different Neurologists in both Private and NHS settings and they had told me nothing was wrong with me. I first saw Dr Silber in October and from the first time l saw him, he promised he will try and sort out my problem. He carried all the necessary tests and within 2 months he had a diagnosis and l was started on treatment. I feel like a different person and will refer Dr Silber to anyone anytime because l have confidence in him.
