Hopefully I can have that one star removed & replaced with minus stars? Went in on Saturday to purchase a Hotpoint or Indesit upright Fridge/Freezer. It needed to be the correct size for the housing in our kitchen, There was neither brand for us to view. I have worked in Consumer Relations for many years & I have never received such shocking service. The man who tried to fob us off with any sale to up his commision was rude, arrogant & totally not interested in giving Customer Service. He was flouncing around as if he was desperate for a sale - was totally unhappy when we told him nothing matched our requirements. He went into a strop, being rude & on the verge of aggressive. When we said that there was nothing to suit our needs, he turned into a near psychopath! As we left the premises he aggresively said 'Thank you for your support' to which I replied 'You need support - seeing as you have no customers & unlikely to have any with that attitude, but you shouldn't be working with Customers"! I do feel sorry for the poor young man at the Entrance Desk - he politely said bye to us, but looked so downtrodden. Hopefully someone will offer that amazing young man a decent job which he is worthy of! Thankfully - although I live local to DR, I have purchased the appliances I need - 2 day delivery, old appliances taken & disposed of free of charge, all packaging taken away & at the cheapest price online or in store - JD Williams all the way!

Our hoover packed up on Bank holiday Monday. Went to DR Electrical in Syston after looking on the website. The guy in there was super helpful in understanding our requirements and provided a hoover straight from stock at a really good price. He then offered to take our old one in for recycling saving us a journey to the tip, no extra charge for this. Will be returning for appliances without question. Top service. Huge showroom too.

I moved house and ordered a free standing fridge freezer from Currys, paid in full and delivery date booked, no mention through out about not being in stock. Lorry arrived and no order on the lorry. Finally got a full refund. In a panic because I had no fridge freezer, we went to D R Electrical on Monday 3rd April who sorted us out a good deal, we could of had next day frlivery but due to work it arrived on Wednesday. Very happy customers and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I went into D R Electrical on Tuesday afternoon to look for a new washing machine, after going to another retailer my partner & I agreed we did not want to buy from. So when we arrived at D R Electrical, a lovely lady called Kayla, she showed us around the washing machine section of their store to which she asked us questions on what brands we were looking for to which we told her either a Bosch or a Siemens machine, which we eventually we decided on a Siemens Machine. Kayla was so enthusatic about her job and told us what we needed which was a good quality machine without all the singing & dancing gadgets on it, which the Siemens fitted the bill for us. I was so impressed by her natural manner in dealing her customers & giving the service they want,even gave us a demo on how to work the machine we were about to buy A big thank you Kayla well done. So my machine was deliivered on time at 10am this morning which Kayla said it would, by a very nice gentleman who took out old machine away and set up and tested my new machine before he left my house. A big thank you to him too.. To that end I shall return to D R Electrical in the future for any appliances I need in the future. Well done to all at D R Electrical a great company to deal with.
