I had a caravan that I needed picking up from Oxford. I used Zoom Vehicle Collection to pick up and tow the caravan home for me. I had arranged for Adam to met me at the dealership, he arrived promptly at the time requested. He took great care on hitching up the caravan whilst demonstrating to me how to hitch a caravan correctly as I have never owed a one before. once he arrived at my house he went out of his way to demonstrate the best way to unhitch a caravan and then help me move it safely onto my drive. Adam was amazing. He helped me move my caravan out of my garden in Hertfordshire and towed it to Cornwall. He arrived when he said he would and was very knowledgeable. It was difficult because the mover wasn’t working but he kept positive. He kept me updated with his journey and called me when he had finished. Overall, if this is a service I use again j would definitely recommend Adam
