Most rubbish GP ever. They don't give you appointments, and if they manage to give you one, they refer you to the pharmacy instead. There is only 1 good male doctor who helps a lot the rest of the doctors are there just to sit and earn money they dont even help with serious issues that patients have.

Have tried numerous times to call in for an appointment to be met with automated response with a patronising thank you for calling before being cut off. This happens every single time you call their official number. Ended up going to a walk in centre instead but have no idea how people who work during the week can ever get seen by this surgery. Update: A slight improvement to the service provided means i can upgrade the original review but would not recommend.

My son had a mild rash on his eyelid. I phoned the surgery to which nurse Shirley gave him a cream which worsened his eye. I phoned again and pleaded for a face to face examination to which she said they are not fully protected and refused to see him at this point she referred him to dr Raja who prescribed an antibiotic not suitable for children. I by trusting him as my GP took his advice and applied the cream within 3 hours he was lying in hospital and was unable to see. I strongly advise never trust the GP or nurses here they don't care

my good experience has been at the grantham riad and dolobran road big medical centre. dr ali is professional and well trained alhamdulillah. decent sisters service and quite efficient and polite. sometimes going to the other place off stoney lane is a little slow service.

Some receptionists at this place do not have a clue. Firstly the did not send my repeat prescription to the pharmacy after requesting and being told it will be at the pharmacy on a wednesday, went to collect medication and told by pharmacist prescription has not been received. I decided to phone the surgery whilst at the pharmacy, waited 10 mins on the phone and they did not answer, so i thoight ill pop in to the surgery as its next to it. Upon entering the surgery one of the receptionists came into reception area just when i walked in ranting about u need to wear a mask and would not hear what i had to say, i said to her ive been trying to call in and you lot are not answering the phones, she replies yes we are, sure they were, they were all sitting there ignoring calls. As i have medical conditions that exempt me from wearing a mask, its her job to identify why i am not wearing a mask instead of ranting and kicking me out.. very unprofessional. Surprise surprise i called again whilst waiting outside oh bravo they answer and I am told for some reason your prescription has been printed, i said well i am exempt from wearing a mask and you have kicked me out so bring it out to me, she had no choice but too. The ladies here abuse their authority.

Aoa brothers and sisters, I have a very bad experience of my son’s circumcision. I am really worried about my son because dr B AHMAD did surgery unskillfully and he changed shape of my son’s private part and time of surgery suffered lot of pain. After 8 days the process of taking the ring off was horrible. I have experience of my two elder sons by different doctors in Pakistan and they done it perfectly and after 4 or 5 hours kids were playing normal and no need to go back doctor for removing the ring.I was thinking with time the shape will be normal but after 18 months nothing seems better. So highly unrecommended.

awful surgery so hard to get appointmnets and when you do they never stick to the time staff wondering and chatting at reception and dont see you on appointment time. hate it cant wait to move from here.
