In these busy times, made even more hectic and difficult with COVID, I cannot thank Dr Bakshi enough for his prompt and thorough response to helping my brother. What is more, we felt that we had the time to explain our problems and that we were listened to. This empathy was especially felt by my brother, who was quite worried of his symptoms, have a kind and considerate Dr who communicated with my brother was brilliant as he felt valued and listened to. I cannot recommend Dr Bakshi highly enough, he has been especially quick and efficient with his feedback and advice - all things being considered this is amazing.
