I didnt believe it was free to anyone with kids. We both work full time and we never got anything for nothing before they done a survey,then a week later they turned up to do my walls and loft.Then I got a call to install a new boiler.They were all very nice and polite.My boiler got installed and I couldn't get my head around why it was all free. But I got it in the end, it's to stop pollution and if they haven't of don it now, I'd probably never have done it now, I'd probably never have done it myself as we wouldn't have been able to afford it.
