Don't even want to give one star... it's third time happened with me .. doctor is really really rude and he may be in rush second thing is I do not want to write that doctor name because I have that manners. Worst doctor ever I seen in my life and may be he has to understand how to talk wid patient.

Called this morning cause i have an issue with my chest and need it checking, got told to call at 1pm called and the place is closed till 8am tomorrow, the guy on the phone didn't even try and book me in later in the week just sounded like he wanted me to hang up and didn't care, "everyone this call is important" didn't get that vibe today.

Extremely poor Patient care. 3rd Time they called me to postpone my appointment. This is totally unacceptable. They have now made me suffer for almost 4 months. Every day cannot sleep due to pain and asking patient to keep taking paracetamol doesn’t cut it. I asked to speak to Practice Manager but was told Ms Julie will call me next day. This was 4 days ago. NO SURPRISE They simply cannot blame everything on COVID.

I am pleased and relieved to say that having phoned the surgery today the new telephone system is working perfectly. Should the line be busy you are now told your position in the queue and your call is answered promptly and efficiently within a reasonable time. My GP Mrs Morris also called me back to check out how I was getting on with new blood pressure tablets and to see how other health issues were progressing. I think that GP’s have the hardest task in health care because they are our first point of contact for all queries. I hope that they will be able to reinstate surgery consultations soon but I am very pleased with Dr Morris’s service today in these very difficult times.

It is so difficult to get hold of anyone for an appointment. They mess up my wife’s prescriptions on a regular basis. It is the worst practice I’ve ever used.

Recently registered, reception staff was friendly and helpful. Made first appointment with my chosen doctor. I was told he would ring me first. He rang this morning. I said who is this ps? I am one of the doctors. Which doctor? one of the doctor. I then told him I have made an appointment with DR...... Yes I am. what do you need? I recently registered and wanted to meet my doctor and discuss few things. He then started talking about my previous doctor and QnA started. He seemed in too much of rush and I felt he wanted to get rid of me asa (I didn't feel any care in his attitude). Terrible feeling that I was in wrong hands if that is his attitude. Said goodbye without complaining (No point, nothing will come out of it).
