The interface he provided for us to choose our songs was very intuitive and went into a lot of depth, which really made it easy for us to know what sort of information we needed to provide.

David did our wedding on Saturday and he was absolutely brilliant. He played everything I asked for and was able to accommodate last minute requests on the night. He played a wide selection of music for us and didn't feel the need to do loads of talking or make jokes. We were dancing until the very end! He also took lots of photos which I'm sure are brilliant! He was also able to accommodate a date change for us with no bother.

Really good communication running up to the wedding, as well as easy to use online portal for song selections, etc. The day of the wedding David was very professional and played all the songs we’d requested and really got the party going… couldn’t have asked for better service! Would highly recommend.

We couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding at the White Hart in Lydgate. David truly made our wedding evening a party to remember. He is a real DJ who loves his music, not just somebody playing a playlist. David will read the mood of the evening to shape the music to it, making sure there is never a flat moment. We sat down with David in the lead up to the wedding and he was invaluable in helping to decide on our first dance song. Our guests all commented on how good the music was and loved every minute of it. I highly recommend David's services. I want to also thank David for being part of our special day.

David Lee Events was the DJ for our Wedding in November 2019. We did a lot of research into DJs when we were wedding planning as we were aware it is an important element of the wedding reception. We came across David, were impressed by his website, and we contacted him and arranged to meet to find out more etc. David is a friendly guy and he knows his music! He answered all our questions and communication was fab. His website is fab and you can compile a list of music to play; must play songs, songs that you would like if possible, and songs that are a definite no no. It was really easy to use and definitely helped us still feel in control of the music being played, but while still relying on David's expertise and knowledge of what will get people dancing! He also managed to source some more unusual tracks for us, which was impressive! David's sound system/equipment is really good, and sounded amazing on the night. Very impressed! The lights were also fab. Everyone has said to me what an awesome night it was and how fun it was. David had a big part to play in that, so thank you! To quote my father "he is a musical genius" and we would highly recommend David as your DJ, especially if you have slightly different musical tastes to the 'average Joe'! We asked David to take care of all the music for our wedding day from the ceremony through to the evening disco. We’d remembered how fantastic he’d been at my sister-in-law’s wedding 4 years ago and knew we couldn’t chose a better man for the job. We met David twice beforehand to discuss the music and knew confidently he’d do a great job, which he certainly did. He calmed me down before the ceremony started with the music I wanted to hear, Maria’s walk down the aisle was timed to perfection because of David, everyone enjoyed the music during the reception and reception meal and then come night time the dance floor was full and the music was brilliant. We really did have the best day and surrounded by people who loved us in a great location - David travelled to just outside of Derby for us and was there at the crack of dawn to make this all happen. He’d been in touch with the venue to coordinate his set up and so the whole day was so smoothly organised. The fantastic day is reflected in the photos that David was kind enough to capture for us and shows how many smiles, laughter and love was in the room. Thank you so very much David.
