It even don’t deserve one star due to Nepali receptionist staff who are there to help elderly Nepali people but their behaviour with Nepali elderly and other Nepali are so bad. They need to be trained well before sitting on reception desk.

Shockingly bad surgery! Which is a shame as they use to be great when I first signed up. Now doctors show little to no concern about what's concerning me, on going issues seem to be brushed off as not important, even if they are affecting everyday life in a huge way. They tell me to give two days for prescriptions, they're rarely ever ready by then. If I do a request earlier it just gets cancelled but they don't tell you, meaning you wait more than a week sometimes for meds.

Really disappointing doctors surgery in my humble opinion. I don't really find some of the receptionists very understanding. Its also Hard to get a appointment. Even some doctors overlook and forget to follow up on things that they said they would do. Im really not sure if this is how all modern doctors run but its poor.

The doctors tend to be really great, receptionists/communication mostly poor. My partner recently tried to register, filled out forms and they've left him a month, no response, can't get through on the phone, pretty appalling. I had a really good GP but she has now left the practice and there's a lack of consistency in treatment since. Online service is good though and getting prescriptions has been smooth. Had a physiotherapy session where he questioned if my injury was real and if I would actually do the exercises (ridiculous!)

I just had the worst experience with a doctor via telephone consultation, he did not want to hear what I was saying and was rude and threatened to disconnect a call, how can you trust a doctor that he gives you best care if he behave this way ?.

Have been using this place for decades (including its old location behind the police station). I have never had a bad experience here. A lot of practices allow booking of slots in advance which can mean a 2-3 week wait for an appointment which leads to missed appointments and great risk if things get serious. However here you can ring first thing in the morning and get an appointment for the same, day which 95% of the time I have been able to do. In the event you don't manage it, you can always try the next day but either way you won't ever have to wait 2 weeks! IMO this system is the best way of doing things. Parking is next door and not expensive at under 1 pound for an hour and now also takes contactless which is a godsend. If you have taken your child to the doctors and they are well enough, you can also pop to mcdonalds in the street opposite and still get back before the car runs out. Another bonus is that there are 2 pharmacy's nearby, with the directly opposite one being the one I would recommend. I think most negative reviews here are disingenuous and have experienced how bad gp practices can be elsewhere. Aldershot is privileged to have such a great establishment for healthcare.
