Absolute joke of a surgery. Had some medication changes by my specialist who wrote the the GP to amend me medications in September 2022. Tried to ring through a prescription told me it is not on the system to order. GP has not actioned it, I have to call back at 8am tomorrow to speak to a GP about their oversight...I am surprised this ship as not sunk yet.

I always book an appointment and the send me to summerfield.. the place always empty and they say the have lots of appointment which is lie!!! I have complaint to manager and she was just saying the same which is useless. She was not willing to help she was just talking not letting me explain why I was complaining.....

Poor service, waited for 1 hour for daughter to be seen by dr, and over 30mins for myself to be seen cant believe Dr Bathlas Practice has seriously gone done hill, they seriously need to look at policy's and retructure how to to manage patients appointments. This is ridiculous you can never get an appoitment in morning neither can you get one in afternoon.
