    Dr Arafa absolutely took advantage of my wife... Having gone in for a smear test she found a way to add on every possible procedure she could think of. My wife walked out of her appointment 45 minutes later having had no less than 10 separate items on her £1900 bill, at an average of less than 5 minutes per invoicable item. Ridiculous! Furthermore, she told my wife 'oh Cigna is great they pay for everything', which is absolutely not the case, and is no excuse to run up a creative list of expenses. I will be reporting her to: Cigna Global General Medical Council Health watch The Patients Association When I told her of my intention to complain, her office said that 'We are happy to help you with Cigna, but you must remove your rude and fabricated review today'. Doubling down on the implication they gave my wife in their office, that clearly they think they can get the insurance company to foot the bill. But that is neither here not there. Then they even had the gall to threaten legal action! Perhaps they have suppressed other people complaining and warning the world about this practice, but not me! BEWARE

    Dr Arafa is the best. In the past, going to a gynecologist has always been a fear for me however, she has changed this perspective completely. She has comforted me, treated me with empathy and understanding. Not only is she extremely knowledgable and a good doctor she is an amazing person, woman who I can truly see her passion and care that goes into each patient she sees.

    I went to doctor Arafa today and I do not recommend going there. She was not very kind or gentle. I felt uncomfortable. But the worst part was paying excessive amounts of money for my problem I initially went to her for not to get solved. I wanted to come back for a follow up check up to find a different solution, and they refused to see me without paying for another consultation. She practically made me write a good review at her office. They do not care about you, they only want your money.

    I called for an appointment and the receptionist was forcing me to share bank details for the deposit but I was not comfortable to share her my bank details so I asked her to send any link or account number but she started forcing and then she started cursing. Not sure about the doctor but I don't want to visit someone who forces people to pay and if they don't pay curse them

    Highly highly reccomend. Really thorough at taking medical history and ensuring i left with a clear plan. Was also very easy to arrange an appointment with and liase via video call for advice prior. Yet to trial treatment reccomendations but i have left much more confident than following previous gynaecology reviews and feel that i am in very supportive and experienced hands
