This woman is a scam. I went to her in December 2019 seeking help for my mental health and was in search for help, whether that was a therapist or diagnosis. During the meeting she did not act professionally and asked me uncomfortable questions in front of my mother. After the meeting we had to keep emailing her to get therapist recommendations and after weeks we got a response. We were charged £500 for an initial assessment and she would not stop emailing until we paid. We then paid in December 2019, and today December 2020 she is calling and harassing my family demanding we pay when we have. My visit to Dr Afzal was extremely upsetting because it made me feel as though my mental health was not a concern and she is clearly just out scamming people looking for money. All it did was make me feel ashamed and embarrassed and I feel horrible for the fact we actually paid that woman. Would not recommend.
