Perhaps someone could explain why it is impossible to make an appointment using the Econsult website for this surgery after the Surgery is closed. I tried to make an inquiry on the site, only to be told to do it after 8am the following day. I work during the day and it is not possible to do this. It is hard enough to get through to the surgery by telephone, let alone get a doctors appointment when you need one. The Econsult used to be available during the week at all hours, now its not. Fortunately its not a priority, its just my Asthma is causing me concern, should I worry !

Things seem to have improved since my last review, thank goodness. Rang at 8.45am and got straight through - was so shocked l didn’t know what to say! Receptionist very helpful and told me l needed to fill in the e-consult again (l missed a couple of calls yesterday) which is fine, but more admin as they know what the problem is. But if l was elderly, all this e-consult lark is a bit of a nightmare. Glad to see things seem to have got back on track after my last miserable experience of the surgery.
