Absolute joke chronically ill people can't get in touch with the surgery via normal channels the phone line is forever engaged then wipes out a fivers worth of credit on hold or listening to pre recorded messages. You use the online facility to get contact and told not to use the service and phone up. Gone downhill fast since dear Dr Sweeney departed he would never leave anyone sick . I understand covids sent things daft but a little help and understanding maybe a little empathy and compassion wouldn't go amiss either

Always waiting or delayed it took one doctor not mentioning names over a week to sign my absence note. Receptionist other week told me no appointments then when I phoned back again no appoi tents and because of an emergency suddenly there was one available most of the time staff are fabulous and friendly. Compared to other surgeries iv recently visited made me realise that actually there is definite room for improvement.
