Dr Murn at the Rooksdown surgery is the only doctor who actually listened to what I was saying, viewed my history found a link and directed me to the correct consultant for my condition. I will be forever grateful, every doctor want to be known as the one that cares but this lady really does. Thank you Dr Murn.

I think they hire receptionists based on how rude they are. Awful, condescending people who offer no help at all and appear more eager to fob you off than actually resolve your issue.

Literally the most pointless and worst booking system in the world! How do they expect people with a job to arrange appointments only on the same day? Waited half an hour on the phone to be told I need to ring the next day. My advice, join a doctors surgery that understand the basic principles of being able to book appointments as this surgery is ran by clowns.

Dr Murn is my Dr, she is awful, she lacks empathy and her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. She makes judgments on people based on her opinion instead of listening to them......much better Dr's at this practice...if you dont believe me call up...you can always get an appointment with Dr Murn because nobody wants to see her! i am going to ask to change to another Dr as since she has been in charge of my care i have suffered. Couldn't even diagnose a simple hernia when i told her i had private care should i go to them to get a diagnosis she said "you can if you want but they wont find a hernia as you dont have a hernia" so i asked for a referral saw a private Dr who found the hernia which was so bad it was tangled and twisted, thanks to him i am no longer in pain
