Absolutely outstanding customer service. We had a major issue with our tank when our pump broke and DPS was recommended to us because the job was quite complex and there were also issues with the electrics. DPS was able to sort out both a new pump and the electrical issues. They sent out engineers to look at the problem and came up with a solution and managed to get us going again. I cannot rate them highly enough. Everybody in the company was so kind, friendly and helpful and they understood how stressful a situation it was for us and went out of their way to help resolve everything as quickly as they could. Absolutely brilliant company and Service Manager Patrick was especially helpful and even called out for the install. I highly recommend DPS.

Absolutely shocking service. Bought pump number of years ago. Was good job ontill a breakdown took over 4 weeks to fix. Lasted another while needing fixed again. Was took to get fixed took over 3 weeks of phone calls saying haven't had chance to look at yet finally after another phone call telling us pump not worth fixing parts cost more that new pump . After unwillingly paying for new pump that took 2mths to come and wasn't even assembled or wired up. As badly needed pump we assembled ourselves. Worked for year and then same again. Took to get fixed took over 4 weeks again to get answer that need to order parts costing over 1000 pound. Have told them to forget about it . Never received such bad service how they get away with this it is unbelievable. Advice avoid at all costs!!!
