I can’t recommend Darren and the team at DPS highly enough. We’d moved into a home with questionable electrical services and DPS promptly came and resolved the issues we had and advised how to move forward in the most cost effective manner. DPS explained what was needed and why, listened to our other requirements and met them fully. No job was too small and when a concerning issue (UK Power Networks related) arose late on a Sunday evening, Darren called immediately to clarify the issue and ensure we were safe and visited the next morning free of charge and gave us the required information to speak to UKPN. I will always recommend DPS Limited to anyone I know with electrical needs in the area. +++++ after discovering the wiring in my property wasn't up to scratch and possibly dangerous I contacted DPS to assess my property. They came out straight away and preformed an 'electrical inspection condition report', they throughly checked everything, made a dangerous kitchen socket safe and no longer a hazzard and sent me an easy to read report same day within hours explaining the faults, failings and what was needed to make my home safe. The price for this was very reasonable, a competitor quoted me £60+ more expensive for the same service and couldn't do it for 2 days! DPS came straight away on an emergency basis and advised me what to do until they arrived after i explained my worries. The Repair quotation was again very reasonable and most competitive, what I liked was I was given options for just getting it safe, working and compliant again and an option for better higher spec options like RCBO's rather than just the standard RCD's and MCB'S and fully explained the benefits and differences to me. I never felt blinded by science in their explanations which was refreshing compared to previous experiences. Repair works were done next day on a priority basis and completed quickly. Minimal disruption to myself and the family, (turning the power off when convenient for the Mrs and the washing machine lol) they left my home clean and tidy (which is unusual for tradesmen in my experiance) and even took their rubbish with them! Cannot rate them highly enough. Fast, friendly and competitive +++++ will use again! Service: Installation
