Took my car to this garage with a blocked dpf , as arranged got there at 11 am work started at 11 am dpf cleaned problem sorted very nice person and with 12 month warranty given would recommend this garage 💯👍

DO NOT use this garage for anything the owner is disrespectful had a dpf problem then charged me extra because apparently ssomething else needed sorted charged me extra 170 once I got home loads of lights on my dashboard come up that wernt there before, took my car to my normal garage today and they’ve told me there’s been 3 customers within the space of month who have had the same problem at this mans garage ! What absolute joke ! So I rang him and he starts verbally abusing me on the phone and I told him I would expose him for the CON he is. He refused to give me a refund and even told me to handle the matter face to face in a threatening way. I will be taking this further and suggest anyone thinking of taking your car there please don’t !

This place is a con if I can give 0 star I would , I went for a dpf clean but they actually end up making other problems to the car , do not take your car here , they take your money and deliver absolutely nothing. Problem worse then before. Avoid at any cost !

DO NOT GO THERE! He is a unreliable,rude and a con, I came here to fix the fdf on my car thinking they would be good. However my experience was horrible, this guy is a fraud was trying to make other problems in the car to make more money and didn't sort out the problem i came for , paying him £180 when you can have it done in Halford much cheaper and better. He also only takes cash and does not give a proper receipt. I would advice anyone to go somewhere worth their money.

Not sure about them. My car felt same as before and i still had same problems smoke and low power. I ended up paying double orignal quote because of extras (also verbal quote on phone was misleading or badly spoken - so charged even more). I asked them to check/diagnose before starting work. Also dont accept cards had to get cash ..is that a sign?. They asked me to go back but it was additional costs. I would not go there again.

Absolutely disgusting backstreet garage avoid at all costs I went here for a dpf clean which didn't resolve my issue with the car. the owner insisted that I needed two sensors changed one which is the lambda and a dpf temp sensor also an oil change which I guarantee all three was not done. these guys prey on vulnerable customers and make you pay for something that's not been done! I paid £340 which at the time I wasn't thinking straight as I just wanted my car fixed Filthy vile excuse of a human being scam artist is a understatement you won't last long in this trade!..

The place is a complete con, the price is not the price when you get there. Very rude aggressive person that lies to you to make more money. Avoid this place, look into replacing your dpf, the price he charges you can buy an after market dpf and have it fitted. Along my dpf experience I found out that if your glow plugs are old and clogged, your dpf does not initiate the regen so it becomes blocked. Have now found out that halfords do the dpf clean for £85 and we all know halfords isn't cheap so it goes to show how much he is ripping people off. I paid £250
