    If I could give this service less than one star I would. Utterly atrocious, I've been waiting on a mobile phone delivery from Sky for three weeks, there has been 4 so called attempts at delivery, I've been home every time, I have a home office that is in my living room that faces the window directly on to the road, the driver has never come past, never even attempted delivery, when you ring up they can't do anything but escalate to the depot, they say the depot will call in 60 mins, I've spoken to James on one occasion at the Chelmsford depot, he's about as much use as a chocolate fireguard, they then say they've called you when they haven't. They never deliver, they are liars, the depot needs a complete overhaul of staff, driver Ellie/Eleanor should be sacked as should the depot manager James. I was on the phone to them, today, I hadn't even re-arranged a delivery, then while I'm on the phone I get a text telling me that I had asked for re-delivery on the 9th May!! Avoid this company at all costs, if Sky have a decent contracts manager they should pull the contract with DPD and use someone else. Utterly disgusting, and yes I swore at your customer service, that's because, you don't have any.

    Expecting delivery today so waited in, only to then get a message saying "sorry we missed you" how can you miss me when I was in and the driver "Terrence" didn't even try my door entry and sent a picture from his van of the building. Now have to wait till tomorrow and what's to say he won't do the same again!!!!!

    Driver keep lying about delivering parcel that i wasnt there ... every time my parcel is 2 days late while i pay for 24 hrs delivery and last time the driver was delivering parcel to next doors and i asked him about mine he said "ooooo i forgot it let me grab it now its in the van" WTH 🤬

    Absolute liars, Your driver Mohammad won't be able to come back today as they cover a wide area on a tight schedule, but we'll be back with your parcel… did not attempt at all. Liars again… DPD Chelmsford and DPD customer service are rubbish
