Offer a service and then when it falls short DPAS tell you that your issue is with the Dentist, sorry no, I paid you for the service! UPDATED: When I complained to the group that own DPAS they reviewed the complaint and dealt with accordingly so upgraded from 1 star to 3. I shouldn’t have had to escalate but kudos for eventually resolving.
