Terrible service, my VBS time ended 1 hour before they provided a slot. Now starts the waiting for the box God knows how long. The workers at the checking in area should at least somewhat expect an English speaking driver, instead of not even listen to the question and repeating "lane six" louder. I don't understand why do they provide any time window when they are not able to serve the trucks until the next hour(s) taking away incomes of another loca businesses like petrol stations and restaurants and filling up the port and the city with tired and frustrated drivers with merciless deadlines. If there's any science behind this, I am always happy to be proven wrong with the citing of the reliable sources. 2 stars because at least I got out the same day. 😂
