It's not the money; it's the headache. If you're looking at lawyers then you're already about to spend some cash. The real benefit is spending it on people who know what they are doing. I needed a settlement agreement reviewed which ended up with a total cost of just under £1k ! Solicitor tried to negotiate for more money, failed, and made some minor edits to points in the agreement like the specific courts I can apply to in order have the document reviewed (as though I wanted to waste more of my life on this!) to justify spending more time on this. Also gave some advice on the schedules/appendicies etc. that I also found to be against my interest so I didn't follow. Sure you can message me for details but do yourself a favour: ! Close this tab and find someone else ! I got recommended a chap at Bird & Bird; I wish I had gone to him. Ah well.

I worked with James Morrison last summer when I was made redundant from my employer whilst on maternity leave. James was a huge help during this process, he responded quickly, sensitively and thoroughly, and spent the time to go through all of the necessary details to form the correct case and to make sure I was fully informed and understood what was happening, whilst also achieving the best outcome for me. Very happy with the service provided by Doyle Clayton and would highly recommend them.
