I’ve not been able to get an appointment in 2 weeks and I’ve been in pain they always tell me to call either 9am or 4pm and nothing times everyday is unavailable…also I took my 1 year old for his injections (5 of them) and the nurse was rude and didn’t even speak to my son she just pricked him without introducing herself or anything!! I’ve been to plenty doctors and this is by far the worse!!! I don’t usually write comments but please go to another place

Avoid like the plague. If you have any serious issues you will be refused referral over and over by a stream of locums. I’m even questioning if these locums are fully trained. This surgery has over 5000 patients and only 1 permanent doctor. Myself and my son have lost all hope and faith in the medical system because they gaslight and abuse their patients by not tending to serious needs. We’re absolutely dismayed, overwhelmed and shocked at this surgery. I cannot complain about the receptionists because they have tried to help and they’re overwhelmed BUT the doctors disgust me. They have zero social skills, empathy or compassion for their patients let alone insufficient medical experience.

This has to be one of the worst practices in the UK! I have problem after problem with them from never being able to get an appointment, surgery closed during opening hours, I’ve been sent to collect electronic prescriptions from the chemist to get there and be told it’s been sent wrong so I have to go back to the doctor to get my note for the prescription. I’ve had lost blood results and all sorts! The most recent unfortunately I’ve been unfit for work and had a sign off note that was three weeks long, I’ve felt ready to go back to work before this date so I called my doctors yesterday and was told by a receptionist they will call me today and I can go collect a fit for work note, no phone call from the doctor so I call myself and as usual there is a problem! The practice is closed, on a day and time it’s usually open diverting all the patients to a badger clinic! The place is horrendous. I haven’t just complained on Google either, I’ve complained to this place time after time! To be fair I’m the idiot for staying with them but I won’t be any longer.
