    First of all, the only reasons why I still registered at this surgery is because of one particular Doctor who felt your pains and give you a listening ears when you talked to the Doctor. All other doctors there are very rude, to talk you as if you're nothing. Imagine one of the doctor said to my daughter instead of you wasting your time coming you should have used it to do something better. I remembered when my hands was paining me they keep saying is stressed until I requested for second opinion that's when I was referred and I end up doing surgery to same hand. Whereas have been complaining over 2 years ago. How I wish this other lovely DR can go to another better surgery to practice there. This Dr deserves all the accolades 👏 🙌 👌

    The worst service I have ever experience. Was on hold for 1 hour 49 minutes and I be cut off. Called back and still on hold over 1 hour 19 minutes later. This is a call regarding my 4 year son that 111 advisor me to call them for further help. I have never had a good experience with the reception and they are alway rude, even tho they took this job to help people when they are at the worst. Can’t believe I have been on hold since 8.11am and it’s 11.25am and still on hold. Joke I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star

    Can never get an appointment and don't pick up the phones, my partner is registered here and now i can see why hospitals are so full. Was also told we had a gp phone appointment for the following day to then never receiving the call and after chasing it up, they said its next week. Waste of time. Ive spent over two hours of my time trying to arrange ONE face to face appointment

    Whilst I love the doctor’s themselves. You struggle to get an appointment as well as the hospital tell me I should have urgent tests. The doctor never seems to receive the letters.
