A rare gem of a doctors, receptionists are friendly and helpful, never have trouble getting appointments, the nurses are also happy and friendly too. Dr Jay and Dr Patel are brilliant with my two children (both under 5) and I've never been made to feel like a crazy irrational mother haha. The fact my children are well looked after means a lot

In just two weeks since my visit for a persistent cough Dr Jay and her team have arranged and completed a blood test , chest x ray and MRI scan. Their service has been nothing short of outstanding. The reception staff are accompanying and understanding. Dr Jay, while sure the cough was the result of a Hiatial Hernia has left no stone un turned in ensuring my good health. Dr Jay and her team haven't missed a day since the onset of COVID, unlike many Doctors surgeries who have abandoned their posts never to return in any meaningful way of service. Thank You,.

Lovely, helpful and attentive staff. Can usually get an appointment when needed. Yes you do usually have to wait as appointments do run late, but I feel that the attention is given to each patients needs, which sometimes takes extra time. Dr Jay is a genuine nice person, who can be blunt but sympathetic. Great for all ages, children to pensioners. What I would call a good old fashion family doctor.

Seem to be permanently running late even when you have first appointment. Called 43 times this morning and was unable to get through after 830am which is when appointment lines open (had to drive down and walk into reception to book appointment). Managed to get through at 820am but the Drs receptionist said she was unable to make appointments until after 830am. My appointment was at 10am (first available appointment so I was told) still sat in waiting room at 10:34am. Two others have gone in before me.
