    I recently moved to Chelmsford and have had a great experience with Down Town Dental. My dentist, Nadya, is extremely gentle and patient and is so knowledgeable and kind. As are the dental nurses I have had. Visiting the dentist can be frightening, but I always feel at ease thanks to the great staff here. I have had a very pleasant experience with the reception team too - super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Down Town Dental and am extremely happy with my procedures and results so far!

    Great experience! It's taken me ages to get signed up to a dentist in the chelmsford area. I was unsure as down town had spaces. There was a bit of a wait (expected for most appointments!) Receptionist was very helpful but clearly very busy as the phones did not stop ringing. Dentist was lovely and very quick and did a small filling during my check up, she talked me through it all and wad very gentle. Such good service. Thank you!

    Unpleasant experience! Receptionist was too busy to inform Orthodentist not on duty. Waste of time and travel for school going child who unfortunately missed lesson to attend the appointment. Disappointing. Would not recommend.

She is under the care of Andy and I cannot thank him enough, he is a total perfectionist and when her braces came off today I could see that the journey had been worthwhile! He has made my daughter feel at ease from the moment he met her and his personality and the way he conducts himself professionally allows you to put all your trust into the work he is doing!
