Sent them an email asking whether they had any honey left and conditions. They never responded so i decided to pay them a visit as they are just 20 minutes drive from me. The lady who answered looked annoyed to see me at the door. She rudely said she was on the phone! I politely asked if i was at the right place to which she curtly replied " We don't have any honey left" Well, may be you could reply to your emails? No? This is amateur and inconsiderate to potential customers.
