I went to Dover Physiotherapy several times over the summer with a trapped nerve in my neck. Shinu is an excellent therapist, very knowledgeable and professional but also friendly and puts you at ease. His physio treatments, exercise recommendations and acupuncture had me feeling much better very quickly and fully recovered after a few weeks. Would highly recommend this practice.

Physio is very knowledgeable and friendly and has significantly helped my discloated shoulder and ligament damage injury get a lot better. He also has given me confidence and knowledge how to get back into the gym safely and progressively to prevent it from happening again and educating me with lots of exercises and stretches to work on at home. Even a free resistance band! Also it’s worth noting after two sessions he said I probably won’t need any more now… That shows he’s not trying to make loads of money out of your injury and stringing it along like other physio’s might! Definitely would recommend Jordan

I would like to praise the professionalism from Mr Shinu Varghese, having been in constant pain for the prior 6 weeks and numerous phone consultations with my GP to little effect , I was referred via Secamb to Dover physio due to COVID lockdown issues. I had 6 sessions with Shinu, who from the outset was very supportive, and quickly diagnosed my problem, which after the sessions and Shinu physio and home exercises which Shinu planned for me, my pain went from the worst I have had, to virtually nothing. He was very honest with his assessment telling me it would take time to recover, every session was done professionally but with a light hearted attitude.
